Important: Double Occupancy & Accompanying Persons

Double Occupancy: A Double Occupancy booking includes hotel-specific benefits (sleeping room, Wi-Fi, breakfast, and pool access) for both guests. However, it does not grant the second guest access to the conference meeting areas or catered food sessions (Coffee Breaks and Lunches/Dinner).

Accompanying Person Registration: If a guest wishes to join the group for conference coffee breaks or lunch sessions, an Accompanying Person Registration must be added during the registration process.

Session Access Policy: Please note that guests and accompanying persons are strictly prohibited from attending conference sessions, keynote presentations, or workshops. Access is limited to social dining areas only for those with the appropriate registration.
