Guidelines

Abstract Submission Guidelines

To submit your abstract for a speaker or poster presentation, please follow these guidelines.

  • Abstract Title: Your title should clearly reflect your abstract's content. Please avoid using non-standard abbreviations.
  • Abstract Body: The abstract itself, excluding the title, authors, and institutions, should not exceed 300 words. You may use abbreviations, but they must be defined at their first mention.
  • Formatting: Please use Times New Roman or Arial font in 11-point size.
  • Author Information:
    • Please include the full list of authors and their affiliations.
    • Underline the main presenter's name and provide their email address for contact.

 

Abstract Content & Structure

Your submission should include the following sections:

  • Abstract: A concise summary of your research, not exceeding the 300-word limit.
  • Keywords: Provide eight to ten keywords that accurately represent your work.
  • Biography: A brief biography (up to 300 words) highlighting your expertise, key achievements, and current research focus.
  • Headshot: Please submit a high-resolution headshot photograph on the abstract submission page.

In addition to your abstract, please provide the following details in your submission:

  • Type of Presentation: (Keynote/Speaker/Poster/Sponsor)
  • Work Email:
  • Non-Work Email:
  • Work Phone Number:
  • Cell Number:

Guidelines for Speakers

Thank you for your valuable contribution to our conference. To ensure a smooth and successful presentation, please adhere to the following guidelines.

  • Slide Preparation: Please keep the number of slides to a minimum and stay within your assigned time slot. This is crucial for a smooth conference flow.
  • Technical Readiness: To avoid technical issues, we kindly ask all speakers to use the provided conference laptop unless there are unavoidable circumstances. Please submit your final presentation file to the session coordinator before your session begins.
  • Session Participation: We encourage you to stay for the entire session. Your presence during panel discussions, Q&A, and certification is vital for a comprehensive session experience for all attendees.

Guidelines for Poster Presenters

Your poster is a key part of our exhibition. Please follow these guidelines to ensure your work is presented effectively.

  • Poster Format: The recommended poster size is 1x1 meter. Please ensure all contents, text, and author information are clearly visible from a distance of 1-2 feet.
  • Content and Design:
    • Present numerical data in graphs rather than tables for better visibility. If a table is necessary, keep it simple.
    • Use large, bold, and clear visuals and text.
    • Keep your word count between 800-1000 words or less. Avoid submitting densely packed, highly worded posters.
    • Categorize your poster into standard subdivisions like Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and Literature Cited.
    • For better visibility, use bright colors.
  • In-Person Logistics: You are responsible for bringing your poster to the conference venue. Please arrive at your designated time to set up your poster in the exhibition area.

Guidelines for Participants

Thank you for attending the conference. Your engagement is what makes this event a success.

  • Registration Benefits:
    • Participant Registration: This includes access to all sessions and the exhibition area, a conference kit and handbook, a certificate of accreditation, coffee breaks with refreshments and snacks, lunch on all conference days, and Wi-Fi access. You can also participate in "Ask the Expert Forums" for open discussions with speakers.
    • Accompanying Person: This registration includes lunch and coffee breaks during conference days, along with Wi-Fi access and no entry to the conference or exhibition area except the option to attend the accompany speaker presentation session.
  • Certification: All attendees will receive a delegate certificate signed by the organizing committee. Certificates will be provided during or after your session. Your name and affiliation on the certificate will be printed exactly as they appear in our registration records. Please notify us of any changes at least one month before the conference. Please be present until the session ends to receive your certificate. Note that co-authors not attending the conference will not receive a certificate.

Abstract Peer-Review Process

To maintain the high quality of our conference, all abstracts are subject to a rigorous review process.

  • Process: All submitted abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee to ensure they fit within the conference scope.
  • Reviewing: The Scientific Committee follow a peer-review process and judges whether the findings or conclusions are novel and make useful contributions to the field.
  • Decision: Once reviews are discussed, the committee will decide to accept or reject the abstract or request revisions. If revisions are needed, authors will have one week to resubmit.
