- Warm Welcome: Upon check-in, you'll receive the signature DoubleTree warm chocolate chip cookie!
- Complimentary Airport Shuttle: Enjoy a hassle-free arrival and departure with the hotel's complimentary airport shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport (DEN). The shuttle operates from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Complimentary Self-Parking: If you are driving, free self-parking is available on-site at the hotel.
- Accompany Person(s): Any family member coming with the registered participant must be added while registering for the accommodation. They are not allowed to attend the conference but allowed to take the lunch during the conference days.
- Complimentary Breakfast Vouchers for Entire Stay: For all participants who book their accommodation on Nursing Leadership 2026 website, will receive complimentary breakfast vouchers for the entire duration of your stay. This includes a full breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant, Jackdaw Restaurant.
- Flexible Check-in/Check-out based on Hotel Availability:
- Early Check-in: You may be able to check in as early as 12:00 PM (noon) on your arrival day, free of charge, based on hotel availability.
- Late Check-out: You may be able to check out as late as 1:00 PM on your departure day, free of charge, based on hotel availability.
- Access to Hotel Amenities: Guests can enjoy the hotel's facilities, including the indoor pool, fitness center, and hot tub.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi: While individual room Wi-Fi typically has a fee, as part of our group arrangement, complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided for all guests staying with the group.
