Known for his deep expertise in anesthesia consulting, perioperative transformation, and ambulatory strategy, Jeff helps healthcare leaders align physicians, optimize surgical services, and expand market presence. His innovative approaches have delivered measurable results, including more than $100 million in annual clinical enterprise growth through integrated ambulatory strategies, and the redesign of anesthesia coverage models that enhance OR utilization and reduce subsidies.

Jeff’s pioneering work in physician alignment and MSO development established some of the earliest hospital-employed group models, advancing both care coordination and organizational stability.
