Stephanie is a Family Nurse Practitioner in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. She completed her ADN nursing degree at Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave, VA in 2016 and obtained her BSN through Western Governor’s University out of Salt Lake City, UT in 2019. Feeling that she needed to do more for her community, she completed her FNP through Old Dominion University in 2024. Although working in pain management, her passion is with nursing education where she continues to try to improve the learning environment for new graduate nurses and nursing students. Her DNP capstone project at Old Dominion University is a testament to her appreciation for and understanding of quality nursing education and support for future generations of nursing. A member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners (VCNP), she hopes to use this momentum and desire to benefit future advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) receive quality education and mentorship as well.
